Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing
Great recipe. A little less cranberries would have been better. Excellent reviews from the hungry Christmas dinner guest.

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy
This was simply the best turkey. Be careful not to leave in the 400 degree oven any longer than suggested. It will brown easily with this sauce.

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup
This recipe was a tremendous hit. Great flavor and combination of vegetable. I will cook this ahead without the tortellini and freeze. After thawing, I will add tortellini and simmer a few minutes until pasta is done.
