Brown Sugar Meatloaf

the ginger in the meatloaf was great except the sauce on top was way toooo sweet for us we had to scrape the top off to eat ... i would not make this again

I made this the other night for a friend of mine who loves pumpkin pie... and he loved it along with everyone else! This was sooo easy, yummy and light! This recipe however makes a tonne so be prepared for some yummy leftovers

Awesome Roast Beef

i made this for dinner last night and it was phenominal i believe my boyfriend too three helpings! i did however use garlic and mushroom soup as well as put dry onion soup mix on top. i put half of the package on top and then half way through cooking i turned the roast and put the other half of the dry soup mix on top. it was excellent! a definate repeat!

Strawberry Torte

By far one of the easiest and most delicious cakes i make. Not too heavy not too sweet but very yummy! However through all the times i have made this i have added some of the thawed berries on top of the first layer. I have tried raspberries and 3 mixed berries and both have turned out phenominal as well for a change.

Spicy Tortilla Roll-Ups

i brought these to a pot luck and they were gone as quick as i put them down! I used two pkgs of cream cheese tho i didnt think one was enough other than that a sure hit!
