Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Absolutely outstanding!!! I marinate for at least 8 hours and it comes out so moist and full of flavor

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
Absolutely wonderful! I took the suggestion of other reviewers and added soy sauce and Worcestershire. These were the best turkey burgers I've ever had!

Chicken Marsala
Very good, but I agree with other reviewers that it was a bit "greasy". I'll cut the butter and oil in 1/2 next time. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.
