My faves are the traditional southern italian cooking ~ fish, seafood(especially Christmas Eve); fresh pastas; beans, veggies; lots of fresh flavorfull dishes.
My cooking triumphs
Always wowing my relatives with delicious holiday desserts and making traditional (i.e. unhealthy) into low fat full of flavor dishes.
My cooking tragedies
After years of making great desserts, I substituted granular sugar for confectioners (in a pinch!) for a rather grainy birthday cake.
