Pumpkin Pie Bread
I just made this today and it's awesome! My kids especially loved it. It does taste like pumpkin pie in bread form. The only difference was I didn't have pumpkin pie spice so I used a dash of ginger, cinnamon, cloves and allspice instead. Love it!

Baked Barbecued Beef
This was really awesome. I made it as sloppy joes and everyone (even my picky husband) liked it. I loved the tender slow cooked taste.

Applesauce Oatmeal Cookies
Bland cookies for my taste, although my kids liked them. I did add vanilla and some dried cherries, which helped them. Next time I try I will increase sugar and cinnamon and maybe add some other spices. The consistency is good though...very cakey.
