Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
I just made these and really liked them. I used recipe except I used 1 cup butter instead of shortening and margarine. I also added milk chocolate chips. Next time I make them I will add a little more salt to balance out the sweetness of the chips.

Pumpkin Pie Bread
I just made this today and it's awesome! My kids especially loved it. It does taste like pumpkin pie in bread form. The only difference was I didn't have pumpkin pie spice so I used a dash of ginger, cinnamon, cloves and allspice instead. Love it!

Baked Barbecued Beef
This was really awesome. I made it as sloppy joes and everyone (even my picky husband) liked it. I loved the tender slow cooked taste.
