This was really good. I followed the recipe except cutting it in half and using an 8x8 pan since it is only me and my husband. The only problem I had was the choc. chips sank to the bottom so next time I would try mini choc chips and maybe some more cinnamon in the middle layer but otherwise this was delicious! Reminded me of choc. chip muffins we used to get from this little family owned bakery in Rochester, NY!

This really is a great recipe. I just tried a similar recipe out of the Death By Chocolate cookbook (that has this most amazing white chocolate cheesecake...) but I was so disappointed with the cookies from DBC. This recipes is BY FAR much yummier! Everyone who tries them when I make them raves and asks for the recipe.

I have tried other recipes in the past for pretzels and these really are the BEST I have found! My husband even liked them and he isn't a big fan of breads/rolls or anything made from them. I cut the recipe and only made 4, and I brushed them with butter. Should have tried cinnamon and sugar... next time :)
