This was very good. My fiance raved about it. I grilled and used round eye steaks. I followed exactly, however, I only used the marinade. :)

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Eh, it was okay. I followed the recipe to a T..w/ the exception of the garlic. I didn't have fresh so I used powder. It was good, but I probably won't make again. Christopher liked it so I gave it 4 stars.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

My fiance did not initially like these, but once they came to room temperature he ate them all. They were really good! The ONLY thing I did was not put in the green onion because I didn't have any. Otherwise followed the recipe to a T.

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

The tenderest pork I have ever made. I think that the cranberry/french dressing sauce should be doubled, but cut back to half an onion. My meat let out so much juice that it completely diluted the cranberry taste. It was still good tho..we ate it all :)

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This recipe is very good as written. I usually bake mine because its easier for me. I have made this recipe w/ canned chicken and w/ a real breast of chicken that I boiled and shredded. Hands down the boiled chicken is better. A little more work, but well worth it. I also added a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper.

Ok so my fiance gave it a 4.5, but I did not see the point in ruining ur average. Why 4.5 who knows!! I don't eat mushrooms so I am baseing my review on him. I did however, eat some of the shrimp w/out the mushroom and I thought it was delicious. THe only thing I did differently was use White Mushrooms because it was all I had. When I make them again I will use the bigger mushrooms that the recipe calls for. Mine were too small. Great Recipe! GO Amber, Go Amber! ADDITIONAL REVIEW. I made these again last night for company. Following the recipe exactly. I suggest you must use the larger portabello mushrooms. He said it was twice as good as the first time I made it!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I made these last night. I followed the exact directions except (i know i hate it when people say that) But seriously I accidently melted my butter for the topping so it was more like a sauce, but it put it on anyways and they still turned out yummy. they rose perfectly and were better today!!
