Hi my name is Diane and I am recently living in Battle Creek ,MI . I have lived on the East Coast in Wolfeboro,NH and on the West Coast in Yakima,Wash and am here in Michigan for the next 4 yrs. I love to cook and to be honest my late husband taught me alot about using ingredients I had never used before . He was an awesome cook .Bless You Andrew... My favorite things to cook are any variations of Mexican Dishes. And I am trying now how to learn how to cook for my boyfriend Mark that has diabeties. Thats Hard. Any suggestions let me know . But I love making Baked Stuffed Lobsta .My late husbands recipe. I just remember at family gatherings all of my sisters and I trying to develope and new dishe of something we had not had before .And it always turned out quit interesting....lol Mastering my late mom's apple pie recipe and her very own homemade chicken and dumplings .And mind you it was over the telephone . Thank you Mom we all miss you very much... Trying to make a new chicken dish to surprise my husband and son. And ending up throwing it in the garbage cuz we couldnt eat it and going out to dinner . lol ,Neva tried that one again.
