Oat Applesauce Muffins
i love these muffins, i started making them when i was doing weight watchers, i subbed splenda instead of brown sugar to cut calories and i always added either diced, peeled apples to them or mashed bananas for added nutrition and flavor. also cinnamon is a must. they always turned out delicious and moist for me. this is a really great healthy base muffin recipe.

Creamy Rice Pudding
easy and tasty. i did add extra splenda, it wasn't quite sweet enough. i also added cinnamon and nutmeg. i don't think you should eat rice pudding without them. the consistency was perfect.

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins
this recipe is an okay place to start but on its own the muffins are pretty bland. i recommend adding bananas and nuts, or apples and cinnamon, probably a bit more brown sugar too. nothing special on their own, but a nice base for making muffins.
