Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V
Awesome Recipie! Husband Loved it! Used, Duncan Hines Butter Golden Yellow cake mix and land o lakes butter. Only had to bake for 30 minutes. Let cool on racks for about 10 minutes (didn't want it to stick to pans) and placed on cake plate, placed pan back on top layer as another reviwer suggested to help reduce cracking for about 20 minutes. I then uncovered and let it sit out for another hour before placing in frig, husband wanted it cold!! Didn't use the coconut, but was still amazing!! Thanks, this one is going in the book!!

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
These Are AWESOME!! SO YUMMY..a little crunchy on the outside and super soft and chewy in the middle..i followed the recipie exactly but added one bag of peanut butter chips!!! I used a cookie scooper and baked for exactly 18 minutes...These are so addicting!!!I had to take them away from my husband, he couldn't stop eating them..I bake all the time, and he said these were definitly his NEW favorite..!!! Perfect with a nice cold glass of Milk...Thank U thank U!!!

Waffles I
My husband is a pancake lover, but for some reason he asked for waffles this morning...it has been forever since i've made them...so i pulled this recipie up, it had a good rating...these turned out perfect...instead of adding the sugar, i added cinnamonsugar..lots'maybe twotablespoons...then once they were finished cooking i sprinkled them with the cinammonsugar as well...HE LOVED THEM!!! Thanks for a Great Recipie!!!
