This was absolutely amazing. And so so simple. I left out the sherry since I didn't have any ( but will make again with it) and use Gryuere cheese with parmesan. DELICIOUS!

These were the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever made. I did not change a single thing from the original recipe and they came out perfect. Everyone loved them. Next time though, I might try it with some of the changes other reviewers suggested, adding 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp baking powder and I will try and bake them for 8-10 minutes instead of 12 just to see if they turn out even better. But even as is,they were fantastic.

WOW! I would give this 10 stars if I could. SO so so good. I made this last night, and I'm already getting asked to make it again. But I might reduce the amount of sugar next time. Still I loved this! I will make it again and again ..UPDATE: I just made this again for a large gathering and it was the talk of night! Everyone raved and asked for the recipe. A must try!
