Pumpkin Whoopie Pies
Instead of the ground cinnamon, ginger, and cloves I used 2.5 tbls of pumpkin pie spice. I used the Cream Cheese Frosting II recipe from this site for the filling. These were so good! Everyone at work asked for the recipe.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I used peanut butter chips and made a peanut butter frosting. I made cupcakes. They were great!!

Camembert Chicken
I didn't have coarse grained mustard so I used spicy brown. I used 1.5 tsp instead of 1 tbl mustard. I breaded and oven baked the chicken. Be sure to use Camembert and not Brie. The Camembert is what makes it so good. I was surprised with how well the avocado went with the rest of the dish.
