Easy Fruit Cobbler
Excellent!! I will use again. I used fresh peaches, nectarines and some strawberries. I could not stop eating it!! The crust/dough has a nice buttery flavor. Just be sure to cook it enough.

Carrot Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Icing
Oh My Goodness!!!! Look no further than this recipe. I made these for work. They were awesome. I had folks asking me for the recipe like crazy. One girl stated that they were the best cupcakes she had ever had. She took some home for her two young sons and husband to rave reviews from all. The icing is delish. Beware - it makes a lot. I doubled the batter batch and made a single batch of icing. Still had extra. Yummy Yummy Yummy

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Oh my goodness! I've never made pulled pork before. I was nervous about the root beer. I read the reviews and went for it. We rotate Monday night football and this was my week. I made this with 6.5 lbs of pork. Used Sweet Baby Rays. It was great. All the guys loved it. My husband thought it was great and wants to make more often. Definitely a keeper. I just need to add that each of the guys had three sandwiches and couldn't stop talking about it. I made it Sunday night in advance and it was better the second day.
