Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I have made this recipe for years at Christmas. I do not add the water to the dough making easier to handle. For an extra treat I frost them with a lemon frosting. My family loves these.
Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar,
1/2 c. butter, softened,
3 T lemon juice
