I made some slight modifications to the recipe: I added about 1/2 can of diced tomatoes and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture, a clove of crushed garlic, and put a blend of ketchup, BBQ sauce and brown sugar spread on the top, prior to baking so that the top would brown nicely and have a sweet & savory taste.
