About this Cook
I'm a very picky eater, so I'm not that fun to cook for. I love cooking for others though! My favorite thing is to have themed cocktail parties. I try different recipes from a specific region and everyone seems to really enjoy learning new flavors and ingredients.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake cakes, Italian, and Mexican foods.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We don't have many traditions except for Christmas Eve is always at my grandmother's. Everyone brings their favorite cookies and finger foods. I love to bake for Christmas!
My cooking triumphs
I made my mom a chicken pasta one night for dinner. It was beautiful and delicious. My mom usually eats light, but that night she had seconds and dessert!
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make a meatball spaghetti for my dad's birthday a few years ago. Since there were going to be about 10 people I decided to double a recipe I had gotten. Well I didn't allow enough time to cook before everyone started showing up. I started rushing around and forgetting parts of the recipe. Everything I cooked that day came out bland and mediocre at best.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III
This recipe was very good. It wasn't runny at all and stayed together nicely. I will add more chili powder and garlic salt next time. Maybe cook the chicken with some Tex-joy to add more seasoning. Overall a good recipe that will definetly be put into regular rotation. Thanks!

Southern Peach Cobbler
This recipe was so simple and delicious. Everyone loved it. I used 2 cans of peaches instead of the 1 because I prefer more fruit in mine, but either way this recipe is great!
