My Name is Joanna. I live in colorado springs my whole life. I have a loving husband and a two year old daughter. Im a stay at home mom and i've been cooking since I was younger. I love cooking desserts or anything new that i havent tried. I think my favorite family cooking tradition making dumpling soup with my dad. I lost the recipe but it tasted like the recipe from cracker barrel. I think my best thing I have made that was hard was korean fried dumplings called yakimandu. It takes about two days to prepare and then it takes hours to wrap and then you have to fry them but there delicious!!!! For the life of me I can't make korean kimchee pancakes. I have a hard time with recipes that deal with "eye balling" it.
