Zucchini Coconut Loaf

Absolutely the best zucchini bread I have ever eaten. A great way to use zucchini and actually enjoy what you end up with.

Banana Bread V

This is a super easy, goof proof recipe. It always turns out right. That is saying something from a person who normally makes dry loaves of banana bread.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

What is not to like? The bread itself has a great cinnamon taste. I made it in to reg. loaf pans and simply adjusted the cooking time a bit.
