My cooking tragedies
I wanted a good recipe for fudge using cocoa powder. I stirred and stirred for what seemed like an eternity. Put it in threfrigerator overnight. Oops! I guess I was really just trying to make fancy chocolate soft caramel

Amazing Banana Sorbet
I was amazed how creamy this turned out. I used an ice cream maker and it worked well. Hard to believe that 3 ingredients can make such a great dessert.

Shrimp Scampi Bake
This was so simple and tasted really fancy. Just be sure and have lots of bread to get all of the juices.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Who knew that opening a few cans could make such a great soup. It makes a lot so you can have it for more than 1 meal.
