Anything "ethnic" I love cooking with curry, cinnamon, coriander, ginger. I really like sushi, and japanese cuisine as well.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
These are very good for quick dough rolls. It did take about 90 minutes, and it was well worth it if you're short on time for a tasty breakfast treat. I added about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon to the dough. My only complaint was that the sugar filling became hard after cooling and they weren't gooey.

Artichoke Chicken
Added lemon & lime juice, and a bit more garlic. It came out great! My family loved it!
