Everyone I fed this to, asked for the recipe. I used 6.5lbs. top sirloin roast(it was on sale)and cut it into 3 even pieces. I omitted the salt, used 2 cans of beef broth, 2 it. seasoning packets, and 1.5 of all other spices.(powders, instead of salts) After 10.5 hours on low, it was so tender that I couldn't pick up a whole piece on a large fork. Great!
