Big Soft Ginger Cookies

I am a first time Ginger Cooker baker, and I am hooked. The first batch I didn't cook long enough, so I put them back in (after they cooled) but it didn't save them. The rest turned out perfect enough to take to a Xmas party. I was lucky enough to have that first batch to eat myself. I will definitely make these again and again.

Ham and Bean Soup

Great recipe! This turned out delicious, even without a ham bone! I followed this recipe with the exception of the canned chilies. I used 3 fresh jalapenos instead. The brats added a really good flavor. I will make this again.

I followed this recipe (I usually use a recipe as a guide) and it was very salty. I wish I had read the review first that said to cut the salt in half, as I think that would have made it just right.

South Shore Pork Roast

My guests enjoyed this very much. I used a 4.3 lb bone-in loin roast, which got to temp. about 1/2 hour faster than expected, but was still juicy. The carrots and onions were very flavorful. I was a bit skeptical about the sour cream/flour gravy method. The gravy didn't thicken very much, but it seemed to be everyone's favorite part of the meal. I will be making this recipe again. Thank you!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Everyone I fed this to, asked for the recipe. I used 6.5lbs. top sirloin roast(it was on sale)and cut it into 3 even pieces. I omitted the salt, used 2 cans of beef broth, 2 it. seasoning packets, and 1.5 of all other spices.(powders, instead of salts) After 10.5 hours on low, it was so tender that I couldn't pick up a whole piece on a large fork. Great!

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie
