Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
I melted the chocolate in the microwave & used regular milk instead of evaporated. I halved the recipe (enough for a 9 x 13 cake) and didn't want to open a whole can for such a small amount of milk. Everyone loved this - thanks!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These are SO delicious and also SO easy to make! I chilled the batter for about 30 minutes, and it was easy to work with. I took the advice of other reviewers and only used 3/4 tsp of salt, and added 1 tsp of vanilla. Everyone loved these - thanks!

Chocolate Chip Cookies for Special Diets

My dad is a diabetic & a very picky eater lol. I make these with Splenda, and he loves them. I omit the nuts, double the vanilla, and use skim milk instead of water. The rest of the family loves them too. Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious & easy to make. I added a little more fresh garlic & cheese because my family loves both. Thanks!

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
I found this on the box of my Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate and gave it a try. My family & I agree that they are delicious. As another reviewer mentioned the instructions do say to foil & grease the 9 X 13 pan, which I did & used pam with flour, and I had no problems with sticking. I followed the variation on the box for a more cakey brownie which was to add 1/2 cup more of flour and 1/2 cup of milk. Perfect. Will definitely make these again :) Edit: I made these again and cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 cups, while upping the vanilla to 2 tsp and they were much better.

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2006
I made some very minor changes: 1 tsp vanilla, 4 oz cream cheese, and a whole egg. I refrigerated the dough for about 12 hours so it was easy to work with. I've been baking these all day and snacking on them - delicious! My family loves them too. Time to make the frosting :)

Cinnamon Bread Delight

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
This bread is fabulous - SO delicious and very moist. I do make a few changes. I'm a huge cinnamon fan so I use 1 tablespoon of it, 1 c brown sugar, 1 c white, and only the 3.4 oz package of vanilla pudding mix. I make 1 loaf, which usually takes 70 minutes in my oven and 1 dozen muffins which take 20-25 minutes. I've been asked for this recipe many times. Thanks :)

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
I have only tried this recipe halved so that's all I can comment on, but I've yet to be disappointed. They are delicious with the vanilla pudding - but with chocolate? Absolutely AMAZING! Thanks :)

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
I halved this recipe, and it was more than enough for a 9 X 13 cake. I added about 1/4 - 1/2 c more sugar and a little cinnamon since it was for a pumpkin cake. It was a little thin so I refrigerated before frosting. This is SO delicious - thank you!

Pumpkin Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2006
This cake is delicious! I took the advice of other reviews and used 3/4 c oil + 1/2 c applesauce. I also added more cinnamon plus nutmeg, all spice & cloves because I love spices. I used 1/2 splenda & 1/2 sugar, and it was great. Used a 9 X 13 pan and cake was ready in 35 min. Topped with Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site. Everyone is raving about it - thank you!
