We loved it, but did use the whole bottle of sauce(he loves his spicy food!!) and it was great the first day, but it got hotter and hotter. He told me next time I could follow the recipe and he would add more as he needed,LOL!!!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Hot Corn Dip

This was a hit at last night's weenie roast. Great with Frito's Scoops, but we also tried adding it to the chili as a mix in--great!! I did add the cumin as suggested but would want more spice next time. Great easy recipe!

Milk Tart

My new sister in law is from SA, so for a dinner, I wanted something familiar to her since she has been eating "American" so much. I loved this, and she raved that it was delightful as well. I made one full pie then the extra I put into muffin tins for mini tarts. We liked those even better!

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa

Sustituted a chili for the jalepeno so not too spicey. Dropped one of the tbsp of olive oil. Really, really good. We ate it with chips, but I can't wait to try it again but on fish on the grill next time.

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

Excellent recipe...we used green peppers as pictured, skipped using the stems, and added shredded cheese(mozz). Yummy and a nice side for pork chops.

Pizza Casserole

We enjoyed it,but will try again with our own favorite pizza toppings(not fans of pepperoni). A can of mushrooms added a nice touch. and topped with Monical's sweet red pizza sauce was great

Corn Fritters Canadian Style

These weren't bad, perhaps it was just our tastebuds. They were really very bland. Halfway through the batch we added some sugar, but it didn't make alot of difference. Guess we prefer Southern Style(ie-fattening and deep fried!)

Lite Carrot Cake

We liked the fact that we could do muffins, and had them with breakfast as an alternative to toast a couple mornings with fruit and yogurt. We were going to ice them, then decided to leave them more healthy. Yummy~!

Funky Enchilada Casserole

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip

Superb recipe. I did cut back to 1/4 cup of bleu cheese dressing, and I cut back the butter to 4tbsp(I'll cut it back to 2 on the next try). Served with Fritos Scoops as recommended. It was a HUGE hit for the big game. Now I am 'assigned' to bring it to all get togethers like that.

Pretzel Turtles

By far the simplest candy recipe I've ever found. We used the round pretzels, put the Rolo candies in top down and couldn't believe they came out so easily and so great!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Super recipe-I wondered about it as it cooked, but no worries-This is a wonderful, easy recipe! I used light cream cheese and next time I will try the low fat cream of chicken soup, but as the recipe is written, it is just super. I threw together a spinach salad and heated a can of green beans, loved it!

Pumpkin Sausage Lasagna

I love most things pumpkin, so I had to try this. I wasn't able to find the requested garlic marinara so substituted Ragu bottled marinara and added garlic. I must say that it was actually better the second day as leftovers! Yeah! I like how the pumpkin enhances the flavor and it doesn't take so 'tomatoey' like some lasagnas do. Toss a salad and you're ready to go.

Alyson's Broccoli Salad

Reminds me of Ruby Tuesday's recipe. Yum. I used precooked bacon for ease and I only had apple cider vinegar when I made it. Still amazingly great recipe. It's a keeper!
