Cheezy Potatoes
Our family's favorite way to mix cheese and potatoes! This is a very cheesy dish, and I can't eat a lot at one time because of how rich it is, but boy is this a great recipe!

Sweet Green Bean Bundles
This is a fantastic recipe idea, although I did change it a bit for our family's taste. Instead of using garlic powder, I use two heaping tablespoons of minced garlic. I also cut the brown sugar down to about 2 heaping tablespoons, and added 1/2 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. I used frozen whole green beans instead of canned. These were undoubtedly the best green beans I have ever had. My family asks for them all the time, but I try to save them for special occasions!

Easy Beef Stroganoff
This was overall a great, easy dish. A couple of tips to make it even easier and tastier - whisk your flour into your beef broth before you pour it in, instead of adding the flour straight to the hot ground beef. This way, you won't end up with lumps of flour. Also, I added about 2 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, for more flavor. Next time, I will add garlic when I saute my mushrooms and onions. I used mushrooms from a jar since they were handy, and I didn't have fresh mushrooms on hand. Thanks for a great recipe!
