Easy Beef Stroganoff
This was overall a great, easy dish. A couple of tips to make it even easier and tastier - whisk your flour into your beef broth before you pour it in, instead of adding the flour straight to the hot ground beef. This way, you won't end up with lumps of flour. Also, I added about 2 Tbsp of worcestershire sauce and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce, for more flavor. Next time, I will add garlic when I saute my mushrooms and onions. I used mushrooms from a jar since they were handy, and I didn't have fresh mushrooms on hand.
