"We are the world..." :) Chinese food, Pastas, Tex-Mex Both my parents are excellent cooks, and as is the case with any Asian American family, our family life revolves around FOOD!I fondly recall helping my mother prepare our special Lunar New Year delicacies, watching my dad prepare the best noodle soup ever, and of course going out to dim sum every weekend. The best Thai noodle pasta, Soy Sauce Chicken, and a mean Death by Chocolate... Fresh on my mind: the most revolting Banana Creme Pie in the world. Gag and trash!
