Breads. Nothing beats Grandma's rolls or homemade mini calzones. They're always a winner!
My cooking tragedies
purple meat- I marinated beef in wine WAY too long. Needless to say, we ate out that night. We still laugh about it though.

Lemon Mushroom Herb Chicken
Beautiful! I used lemon pepper instead of black pepper as sugested by other reviewers. I also omitted the capers and it still came out fabulous. This one is a keeper!

Mushroom Risotto
I substituted skim milk for whole milk and water for the broth and it still came out as creamy and rich as ever. It's a keeper!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Simple yet amazingly good. I always stock the slow cooker with lots of carrots, potatoes, celery and onion. So good!
