I am a reluctant cook but avid baker. I want to love to cook, but I'm not very confident with cooking so it's more of a job than an enjoyable activity. I live with my husband and two small children, ages 3 and 5. We are 'owned' by two dachshunds, Cleo and Julio and Sox the Siamese. All three animals are rescues and my charitable work is with canine rescue. I work part-time and take cake decorating courses for fun. New and interesting recipes. Baking! Many of my recipes have been handed down through several generations. I love it when opportunity allows me to make these recipes. Anything that my family deems "edible" :-) Most!!
