Jaeger Schnitzel
This was FABULOUS! And so simple. I had 2 skillts going and cut the cookig time in half. My husband is German and I've started fixing one German meal a week. This is my fav so far!

Cranberry Streusel Pie
My taste testers loved this pie. Tried it out before taking to friends for Thanksgiving. Turns out the husband loves cranberries so this will be a great surprise. So easy to make. I took advise and chopped cranberries, but think I will smash some and chop some so the pie will hold together better. I did add 1 cup of sugar, and will probably add 1/4 cup more. Great with frozen vanilla yogurt.

Allie's Delicious Baked Dumplings
I tried this before taking to friends for Thanksgiving and I'm glad I did. The seams did not stay on half of them so there was no apple inside and the brown sugar looked black. My taste testers liked the ones that turned out right, so I will try again. It was extremely easy to make and I like that.
