Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
this came out great. I needed to cook the asparagus about 10-15 minutes longer than the directions say, but it was delish!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
this recipe was great. Next time I make it I will put less sugar in the dressing though, it was a little too sweet for me! It was a hit at Easter dinner though.
