Very easy to make which gets extra points from me on a busy school/work night. Followed the recipe exactly, except used chicken tenders on the Forman Indoor/Outdoor Grill. Even the picky 7 year old son loved it. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely fantastic. DH doesn't usually like meat cooked in the crockpot because, he says, it comes out bland, but not in this case! I substituted beef broth for water, which just seemed right with the red wine. Also, I cut the soy sauce in half and added the same amount of Worcestershire sauce. I also cut garlic cloves into the port and rubbed the outside with sofrito and Goya Sazon. I used a Cabernet Sauvingon on a previous reviewer's suggestion. I'm not a red wine person, but this dish was fantastic! Will make over and over again.
