Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV
Who knows whether soaking the raisins is actually what makes the difference, but I love these cookies. Love eating the raw cookie dough (frozen, or at least chilled) even more.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Simple, delicious, forgiving, reliable. I am always shocked by how watery it looks and worry that it's going to be a complete train-wreck, but it rises and bakes up perfectly every time.
