My husband & I loved this recipe. I followed the recipe to a T & all turned out perfectly. The chops were moist & very flavorful. We were glad there were leftovers & looked forward to having them a second night. This was a nice change from just plain old pork chops. Thumbs up as my 2.5yo says.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

These cookies were perfect! They were delicious. I took the advice of one of the reviewers and mixed the ingredients by hand to prevent flat, hard cookies. They turned out crispy on the outside & moist on the inside, I couldn't have been more pleased. I also adjusted the temp. and cook time as suggested by reviewers. All I can say is they turned out perfectly.

Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms

This one's a keeper. Didn't have Gruyere, used Swiss & tasted yummy. My husband had nothing but great comments about this dish. It was the perfect dish to kick us outta the chicken rut we were in. Tasty!!

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

These were great! I did add more liquid (milk) as other reviewers suggested and they came out perfect. My son & husband ate 'em up, almost not leaving any for Santa!

Lazy Katie's Taco Salad

This was beyond quick and easy. My husband, who normally doesn't eat taco anything, was pretty pleased with this. He ate every bit of it and said he was surprised at how filling it was. Will be adding this to our rotation.
