Easy Herb Roasted Turkey
All I can say is OMG!!! My two non-turkey eaters, both ate this and said it was the best turkey they'd had. They don't eat turkey because its to dry. I followed the directions to a T. I put the majority of the herbs and oil under the skin. I covered it with foil and then made another half batch and basted it with it the last half hour. It was awesome, it was extremely moist and had a great flavor. The leftovers today are just as good. Thank you for a great recipe
