Cookie Balls
These are very good. I didn't have a food processor, so I "beat" the oreos with a rolling pin. I don't think the oreos were ground as "fine" as they should be, but still good. After mixing them with the cream cheese, I rolled them into balls and put them in the fridge for about 20 minutes. I then melted dark chocolate and dipped them, and put them back in the fridge. After about 25 minutes, I melted white chocolate and drizzled that over them. I put them back in the fridge after that again for about 20 minutes. I made them for a dinner party and people said they "looked fancy." They were all eaten too!

Walnut Cinnamon Rolls
I made this for a group of people and everyone seemed to like it quite a bit. It wasn't very hard to make, but I did add more butter to the recipe to make the sugar mixture stick better. I would definately make them again!

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata
I made this for about 20 guests and people loved it! I followed some of the other users ideas and used apple pie filling instead of apples, cut the eggs back from 8 to 6,used fat free half and half, spread the cream cheese instead of using cubes and baked it for about an hour. I also used Trader Joe's cinammon swirl bread, it's thick and dense. It's really easy and super good.
