Tuna Noodle Casserole II
Pretty easy to do - I plan on adding peas next time. It also seems like an easy recipe to double to stock up on leftovers.

Chicken Something
This was a great and easy recipes. I used chicken breast tenders and it turned out just as good, I think. Next time I will probably use chicken broth in place of the butter - a whole stick makes this horribly unhealthy.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas
Didn't turn out as well as I would have liked but that was more my fault than anything. I never time things right with stir frys and this was no exception (everything got a little overdone). Good flavor though. I also used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil which added a better nutty flavor.
