Banana Cupcakes

These cupcakes (definitely not like muffins) are amazingly delicious! They are so light and fluffy with just a slight banana taste. I made a cream cheese buttercream frosting from a cupcake cookbook I have. Delectable! :)

Banana Bread V

This banana bread is wonderful - not too sweet and full of banana flavor. I follow the recipe, adding 1 tbsp. cinnamon and 2 tsp. vanilla, and end up with a beautiful loaf. Yummy!

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

These muffins were fantastic. I followed the suggestions and used slightly less sugar (a mix of brown and white) and cooked the muffins at 325 degrees. I also added 1 tsp. vanilla per recipe. I doubled the recipe for 12 muffins thinking I would end up with about 48 mini muffins; however, I had 84 mini-muffins!!! My guess would be the original recipe for 12 muffins actually makes a few more. For the mini muffins, I recommend cooking at 325 degrees for no more than 15 minutes. Yummy!

Too cakey for me, but I used slow-cook pudding instead of instant. Oops! I'm sure that affected the final product. I might try these again sometime.

Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting

Fantastic recipe! I used this frosting to ice simple white cake cupcakes for a birthday party. The cupcakes were light and fluffy, with a wonderful flavor. I wanted the frosting a little more "chocolatey," so I melted some milk chocolate chips and added to the mix. The consistency was still perfect. Wonderful frosting!!!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This is a fantastic Mac & Cheese recipe!!! I always have requests for this dish, even from picky eaters. The cottage cheese secretly lends to the light, almost fluffy, consistency. Don't let the cottage cheese scare you away; you cannot even taste it in the dish! I use light ingredients and could eat this everyday!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Wonderful! This recipe has just enough cream cheese to give a subtle c.c. taste to the pound cake. The cake bakes beautifully and holds together when sliced and transfered to plate. I enjoy this as a breakfast treat, toasted, with a touch of light butter.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Fantastic!!! I have tried multiple sugar cookie recipes, and these are, by far, the best. They are soft but not crumbly, and taste even better with icing. The cookies bake beautifully, making for a nice treat to share with friends.

Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake

The best Sour Cream Pound Cake recipe I have tried!!! This cake is sweet and has a perfect consistency if directions are followed. I sold these at Christmas and had people coming back for more.

Mexican Wedding Cakes II

These cookies were a hit! I followed the recipe exactly and they cooked perfectly. Make sure you roll them in the powdered sugar while they are still hot. This allows the sugar to stick to the cookies, giving them their sweet taste. They melt in your mouth!

Oatmeal Banana Cupcakes

These muffins are amazing! Even the pickiest children will enjoy them. Great for breakfast or as an afternoon snack! I like to sprinkle a little sugar over each muffin before baking. It gives the muffin a sweet "top."
