Garlicky Beet Delight
I roasted the beets at 400 degrees for about 45 mins, then doubled the amount of garlic and added approx 1/2 c sliced red onion. It was delicious! Thanks for a great recipe!

Almond Sole Fillets
Based on the previous reviewers, I also baked this in the oven. I found the flavors quite complementary, but overall I didn’t really care for the sole. (It was my first time eating this fish.) I think I might try it again using another kind of fish. Thanks for the recipe!

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies
