My three children (5, 3, and 1) love this! Family favorite. You can use Italian seasoned breadcrumbs instead of plain and omit the thyme if you wish.

Delicious! Added 1/2 tsp garlic powder, mixed part of cheese in with soup, topped with 1/2 c. herbed stuffing and 1 Tbs. melted butter. So yummy!

Grandma's Sour Cream Pound Cake

Amazing! Hands down the best pound cake I have ever had. I didn't have a bundt or tube pan, so I divided the batter between an 8" cake pan and a loaf pan and baked it for about an hour. Perfect!

Cheese-Stuffed Jalapenos

I made these for a baby shower and people kept commenting on how great they were and coming back for more. I boiled them for about 15 minutes to get them about medium hot not knowing the heat preference of the guests. They were a huge hit! I substituted reduced fat cream cheese and scallions for the bacon on top. Very pretty and slightly more healthy.

Key Lime and Pretzel Pie

The crust was excellent except not having a food processor I just couldn't get the pretzel crumbs fine enough. The crust fell apart just like the previous poster said would happen. I was not crazy about the filling. It was very sticky and sweet since it was only sweetened condensed milk and lime juice. It needed something else to lighten it up -- maybe milk or cream cheese.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Definitely mix all the ingredients together, including most of the stuffing, and top with a little bit of it and the cheese. Otherwise the stuffing stays super dry on top.

Roasted Pork Loin

As others have suggested definitely only cook it for 1 1/2 hours (not the full 2). The flavor was excellent! I will certainly be making this again. I added a heaping tablespoon of flour to the drippings and wine to make a nice pan gravy. It was outstanding.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

Amazing recipe! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was gone by the end of dessert. I only got one piece so the next day I made another, and we devoured that as well. My only alteration was to add 1 tsp. of cinnamon because I love the flavor of cinnamon with apples. I will definitely be making this again.
