Pumpkin Pie Bread
Great bread...never had pumpkin bread before I tried this recipe, but it was outstanding...It's definitely moist and tasty. I did double the spices for the second batch, and found it to be even better.

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
I'd never made a pumpkin roll until last night--nor had I heard of one...however, it sounded very tasty, so I put it to the test. My wife says it is "scrumptious", and I'd say it's wonderful...not to mention it filled my kitchen with a great pumpkin scent...
