Smothered Pork Chops
I've been using this recipe for years and it's always a hit. Very easy, just make sure you start in more than enough time to ensure table time. Sometimes, I have to let this simmer for 2 hours to tender up my chops. But very delicious and worth the wait.

Sarah's Applesauce
This is so delightful and so easy. I used 2 granny smith and 2 gala apples. I cut the sugar in half and used brown sugar. I also used 1/2 cup water and increased cooking time to about 40-45 minutes. It couldn't have been more perfect. I will make this again and again. Also, I chopped the apple up pretty small so that by the time it was done cooking there was hardly any mashing at all to do.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I followed just as written and it was fantastic. As others have said, if you don't love chocolate, don't make this. It's chocolatey, rich, super moist, super delicious. I made a caramel glaze to go on top. Will be a regular for me.
