Easy Vodka Sauce
This sauce was delicious! I made it for our Grandparent's Day dinner and everyone loved it. I did make one change though, after it had cooked and I tasted it, I thought it was pretty bitter, so I added 1/2-3/4 cup of sugar to take some of the acidity away. It was really, really good!

Grilled Cabbage II
Good recipe but it takes a lot longer to cook than the recipe says. I also used a whole stick of butter, not 1/4 of a cup.

Grilled Eggplant, Tomato and Goat Cheese
Very little taste. I'm disappointed because it took a while to make these and goat cheese isn't cheap. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. I made these for my whole family, who have very adventerous palettes, and noone liked them.
