My first bread machine loaf that stays soft after cooling! The crust's really nice. I don't know if it's the proofing or the amt. of oil in the recipe...but this is great!

I've never had a biscotti before but this is a charm! The crispy cookies are fairly easy to make and they are sure to be complimented! I'd double the recipe the next time!

This is a really good black forest cake recipe! I used fat free condensed milk, and found the Sunsweet oil substitute on the same shelf as corn starch and baking powder at the store. THe result's a moist cake that you wouldn't be able to tell it's low in fat!! Definitely a heaven for people who are dieting or want to eat healthy!!
