French Bread Rolls to Die For

These had a really nice crust to it. I think next time I will just make as loaf of bread rather then rolls. I might notice the flavor and texture better this way.

This bread was so good I had a hard time getting to eat the other stuff on their plates! I took another reviewers advice and skipped the cheese... I oiled the top and added herbs and sea salt... very yummy!

Grandma's Polish Perogies

This is a great dough! I did add extra oil...I am a fan of the calories and this prevents the dough from drying out, plus lets face it this dough gets a little sticky...I kept oiling my hands as I kneeded the dough. Filling well that is up to you and what your into... I like onions fried in butter and simple easy....cheese whiz. Makes for great freakin perogies! Here is the trick to freezing perogies...a cookie sheet and wax paper... you can put layer after layer of perogies on 1 cookie sheet!

Appetizing Bread

This bread was well liked at a party I had, however I would use more motza and less Romano...it tends to burn before the bread is done. I also cut up some green onion and mixed that in....was very yummy! Ooops! I almost forgot... I used a loaf of frech bread.
