Cilantro Serrano Cream Sauce
I followed everything except used two peppers...Next time I will use one. Tastes a lot like the mexican caesar dressing at El Torito...all you need is some toasted Pepitos!

Tuscan Soup
Excellent soup, full of flavor. I added crushed red pepper flakes and used the italian sausage and my men, who like their heat, loved it!
