Chicken Alfredo
A great main course . But a little bland. I minced couple of cloves of garlic then slightley cooked it in about 1 t spoon of olive oil then added it to the cream, veggies & chicken . I also added 1/2 cup of sour cream and a pinch of parsley, basil & oregano. We cook with spice. 4 Stars a good dish but don't pass on the spice please. Served with Toasted Baguette brushed with butter or olive oil, Salad & Imported beer or fine wine.
