Christmas Seafood Casserole
This was a VERY tasty dish. I added a little more seafood & cheese to it. It is pretty runny so I put it over pasta. DEFINITELY will make again!!

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
This was a very good healthy twist to the regular chili recipes. I added a can of corn(drained) It added a nice extra crunch to the chili. I also mixed in a little of the shredded cheddar. Then sprinkled it on top & a spoonful of sour cream! VERY YUMMY!!

Apple Honey Bundt Cake
VERY GOOD cake. The only changes I made to this cake was I only used 1/2 cup of honey instead of 3/4. I also shook some confec. sugar & cinn. on top & drizzled some caramel syrup over it all. Very moist & flavorful. Will make again SOON!
