I have been trying to expand my cooking skills by trying new things. I am very pleased by the progress I have made. Sunday morning breakfast and anything that excites my fiance. Taking a very time consuming recipe and finding a quicker (and better tasting) way to make it. Tres Leche's cake is my "white whale". I don't know why I can't get it to turn out right.
