Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
This stuffing is wonderful! I used reduced fat pork sausage (couldn't find turkey sausage). I also added about a cup of chicken broth, since I cooked it outside the turkey. Also, I kept checking it while it cooked (approx 1/2 hour), and added more broth as needed.
Growing up, we always used the dried stuffing cubes. Well, my family loved this! The texture was perfect. I will definitely make this one again. So easy!
