Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was very tasty but I wasn't crazy about the dumplings. I thought they were a little on the heavy side. I would make this again but use Bisquick dumplings instead.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup
This is a very hearty soup; I love all the vegetables. I thought it needed some spicing up though. I added cumin, thyme, and a little cayenne pepper. I'll make it again; it was a big hit with my family.

Dutch Apple Loaf
I have a freezer full of apples and this is a perfect way to use them. This bread is so good; I can't wait to make it again.
