Quinoa Pudding
Nice, simple recipe. I halved it and used raspberry-apple juice, which made it taste even better. I forgot to add the vanilla, which would have helped, but added some nutmeg and swapped the raisins for dried cranberries. I ate it with some hazelnut milk. Delicious--will make again.

Banana Chai Bread
Have made this a few times and everyone loves it. Yummy!

Banana Muffins II
Really easy and very tasty. I added a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to enhance the flavor, and tossed in a handful of chopped pecans. Will definitely make this again.
