Strawberry Muffins
I added 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, and replaced sugar with brown sugar + honey. Sprinkled cinnamon on top before baking and were splendid!

Buffalo Chicken Fingers
I felt it was missing something. They turned out dry, and didn't have the usual chicken finger taste. I may come back to this recipe though, because it is more healthy than the fried version. I will try adding a little butter and hot sauce to the recipe to give it more flavor. My family did not like this recipe and they love chicken fingers.

Granny's Banana Bread
Delicious! I made an extra healthy version, substituting whole wheat flour, and 1 cup brown rice syrup plus 1/2 tsp more of baking soda for the sugar. My husband couldn't tell the difference!
